Using children's unfiltered imagination and their spectrum of energies as my guide, I lead classes to help students celebrate their best selves in a safe and playful environment. Each session encourages self study, mindful breathing, body awareness, and group interaction, cultivating the foundation that we all aspire to create -- a life in which we happily move about with ease, promoting peace and kindness. It is powerful to see students employ the techniques we practice in yoga class to find calm and balance off the mat. Their 'yoga toolbox' will serve them throughout their lives.

Final relaxation (Savasana) is the loveliest part of each practice. I cherish the chance to personally connect with each student and the children look forward to that peaceful ritual. Witnessing the end of class always inspires me.



Bringing my 15 years of experience teaching music to the mat is a great joy. My thanks to all of you who allow me to share with your children.
